Functional movements using strength equipment. Beast mode ON! This is a strength-based session using heavy weights (according to your fitness level). This session is slower paced, low reps with max effort. It will also give you the freedom and opportunity to work on or practice any weaknesses you would like to improve on.
A running group for all fitness levels throughout the beautiful surrounds of Yanchep. Start off slow with a run/walk or push yourself on our designated route to challenge your time.
A high intensity partnered workout using a variety of boxing techniques, weighted movements and high-intensity cardio. A 45-minute session designed to fire up your metabolism and keep it burning for hours after your session.
Own Gloves Required
A challenging combination of functional weight and cardio training for 45mins with the aim of getting in as many rounds as possible. This session with be written on our whiteboard and instructed by our trainers.
High-intensity interval training to get the heart pumping and metabolism firing! Using cardio equipment, running, body weight exercises, light weights and functional movements in order to promote a high calorie burn.
A functional training session combining weight training and functional movements that will elevate your heart rate in between short rest periods. This session is designed to "feel the burn".
A 30 minute high-intensity interval cardio session using cardio machines to get the heart rate pumping and push your body into the maximum fat burning zone.
You are welcome to come and use any facility equipment during these sessions. If you would like an extra challenge give the altitude session a go.

Maximum heart rate and intensity to encourage your bodies natural ability to shred body fat. A friendly reminder that in order to encourage this your nutrition needs to be clean and you need to be in a calorie deficit.
A low-intensity session that helps to release tight muscles, keep your body flexible and balanced. Using a number of release props such as massage balls, yoga blocks and straps we stretch, hold releases on trigger points and encourage deep breathing work.
A combination of balancing exercises and myofascial releasing. A low intensity session that helps keep your body flexible, mobile and balanced. Work through full ranges of motion while you extend, twist, lunge, push and pull through stability, core and functional movements that will leave you feeling worked but stretched and in balance, ready to tackle the higher intensity sessions and decrease the risk of injury.
Relax, stretch and unwind from our busy lives. A blend of Yoga styles focusing on Yin, Hatha and Vinyasa. Finding a harmonious balance between flexibility, strength and peace of mind. Encourage Muscle Flexibility, work on joint mobility, injury prevention or rehabilitation.
