MEL ATARAU - HEAD TRAINER

Mel has been a Personal Trainer since 2006, specializing in body, mind and lifestyle transformations. In this time she has also gone on to study to be a Remedial Therapist and Nutritionist. Mel has great knowledge and thirst for the health and wellness industry and is passionate about inspiring clients to change their lifestyles to optimize health and happiness.

Mel has owned gyms and PT studios in Melbourne with a sea change in 2014 ago bringing her and her family to Yanchep, to enjoy a warmer climate and a more active lifestyle.

Mel takes great interest in each and every client's lifestyle in order to reach any underlying emotions or obstacles that prevent changes that will last a lifetime.
